Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders placed up to 1pm on the same day (Monday-Friday) but this is not a guarantee- if your order is urgent, please contact us to confirm current shipping times.

UK orders under £100 we offer standard delivery with Royal Mail (2-3 working days) for £3.95. For orders over £100, shipping is FREE.

We also offer expedited shipping with DHL Express for £7.95 with orders placed before 12pm (next working day to most of the UK excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands).

Shipping to Europe: (up to 2kg) is £8.50.

Shipping to Canada: £11.50.

Shipping to the USA: Due to the new De Minimis Act terms effective August 29 2025, we are currently unable to ship to the USA. We hope this changes soon and appreciate your understanding.

Orders weighing over 20kg and custom surfboard orders please contact us for shipping costs.

UK orders ship by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and can take up to 5 days to arrive. Express orders ship by one of our nominated couriers and use a 24 hour service (Next Working Day) to most of the UK excluding remote parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and all offshore destinations. For these areas we may choose to switch to Tracked 24, which is not a guaranteed service but has a delivery aim of 1-2 days.

Overseas orders usually ship by Royal Mail's international tracked service which is delivered by your country's postal network. Delivery times vary by country. You are responsible for any duties, import taxes and administration charges levied by customs in your country. If an order is returned to us due to non payment of import duties, we reserve the right to deduct the postage cost from any refund.
